“For two decades, MRA has been helping hospitals navigate complex claims to ensure appropriate reimbursement for services provided to patients involved in accident related injuries,” noted Ford. “We have been looking for the right partner to help us expand our value proposition more fully into the west. Kellie Hooper’s reputation and track record for delivery aligns ideally with our organization. We are thrilled to add her to our team.”

Based in Idaho, Hooper will share the organization’s expertise in the West and Northwest regions.
“My experience has provided me with the opportunity to establish and nurture deep and trusting relationships with healthcare professionals in my area,” stated Hooper. “Being able to expose my customers to the extraordinary results MRA has achieved for blue-chip hospitals like them across the country is both rewarding and exciting.”
Hooper brings more than 19 years of business development experience to MRA, most recently having led the western territory for a Knoxville, Tennessee-based medical device company. Prior to that, she served as a senior regional sales executive for TransUnion Healthcare where she helped hospital revenue cycle organization leverage data, analytics and decisioning tools to achieve a healthy bottom line.
