Attorney Michael Ford, the company’s Chief Development Officer shares the company’s vision for Hooper.

“For two decades, MRA has been helping hospitals navigate complex claims to ensure appropriate reimbursement for services provided to patients involved in accident related injuries,” noted Ford. “We have been looking for the right partner to help us expand our value proposition more fully into the west. Kellie Hooper’s reputation and track record for delivery aligns ideally with our organization. We are thrilled to add her to our team.”

MRA employs more than 200 reimbursement specialists, revenue cycle experts, and attorneys who focus solely on collecting all that our clients are entitled to for the services they provide to patients involved in accidents. The team has deep expertise in the unique regulations and requirements of each state and AcciClaim, the company’s innovative and robust technology, provides the foundation for swift reconciliation. Based in Idaho, Hooper will share the organization’s expertise in the West and Northwest regions.

“My experience has provided me with the opportunity to establish and nurture deep and trusting relationships with healthcare professionals in my area,” stated Hooper. “Being able to expose my customers to the extraordinary results MRA has achieved for blue-chip hospitals like them across the country is both rewarding and exciting.”

Hooper brings more than 19 years of business development experience to MRA, most recently having led the western territory for a Knoxville, Tennessee-based medical device company. Prior to that, she served as a senior regional sales executive for TransUnion Healthcare where she helped hospital revenue cycle organization leverage data, analytics and decisioning tools to achieve a healthy bottom line.
